COMMENTS FROM CUSTOMER ON OUR GOLF COURSE CONDITIONS & SERVICE
The course is in the best shape we have seen in years. No dandelions, traps are edged and sand is being added. The greens as always smoooth and true.
The course is in excellent shape. Fantastic greens. Whatever you guys are doing, you are doing it right. My friends and I have begun to sit in the bar after our round and have a few drinks. We are very pleased with the selction of tap beers and the reasonable prices for beers and drinks. Plus you are using Bacacdi, Seagrams 7 and Titos for your rail, wow. Next time we plan on stayiing for something to eat. Nice job.
My friends and i have made MLCC our regualr course for the summer. The course is in great shape and we can tell you have been putting time and money into the place. We also enjoy hanging around for a few beers after our round. Nice Job.
I’m sure you often times hear lots of negative things in your business, thus wanted to pass along a positive note for your reading.
Last week I was there to enjoy your course with 3 of my buddies. We don’t get to Muskego lakes that often, but try to at least tee it up there once each year. We totally enjoyed our round there, starting with the courteous check-in, the great condition of the course, and the pleasant “Thanks for coming” when we dropped off the cart keys in the end. In addition, I lost a putter cover during the round and reported it to the young lady tending the pro shop. Within an hour I received a call that it was found, thus picked it up from a smiling face behind the counter. I (we) sincerely appreciated the kind and courteous treatment. Like I said, we don’t get to play there that often, but rest assured that we will be back again in the future. In this day and age of “customer no-service”, you folks stand out in the crowd. Well done!!!
Hope you have a fantastic rest of the golf season!
I am writing you regarding an experience I recently had at your golf course. I was one of a group of four you gave a lesson to. The session was set up by one of your membes, Bill Reeder. In these days of eighty up ;to three hundred dollars for a golf lesson, I was truly impressed that I had met a golf professional who would take the time to help four people with their game at no cost. For so long I had heard about the good of the game, for the future of the game etc. You are the first person I have met to actually take those words to heart and do something other than talk about it. It was truly a great and helpful experience for me and I just wanted to thank you for what you did. Larry Wachowiak

DO YOU KNOW WHAT OTHER COURSES WERE DESIGNED BY THE MAN THAT DESIGNED MLCC
Larry Packard has designed over 300 golf courses throughout the United States with a majority of them being in the upper mid-west. Here in Wisconsin the 18 hole courses he designed are: Bristol Oaks, Mascoutin GC, Baraboo CC, Brown County GC, Chaska GC, Naga Waukee GC, Oakwood Park GC, and Tumblebrook/Western Lakes GC. Nine hole course he included: Baraboo CC, Glacier Woods, Rib Mountain, River Island, Riversbend, Skyline, Westview CC now River Edge and Winagamie. Nine hole additions were at Bass Lake, Chenequa Cc, Minocqua CC, Stevens Point CC, Watertown CC and Wausau CC. He also did some redesign work at Big Foot CC, Bull's Eye CC, La Crosse CC now Forest Hills, Merill Hills CC and Peninsula State Park. So, when you play these others courses look for the similarities in design that normally include welll contoured elevated greens, a variety of doglegs, at least one sand trap greenside and a couple of fairway bunkers about 230 yards off the tee.
