Whenever unsure of how to proceed, advise your playing partners of your intention to play two balls for the hole, record both scores, and resolve with a committee member upon completion of the round. |

PREFERRED LIES ON HOLE #7 |
Preferred lie on # 7 only in the fairway up to the far side of the 2nd pond or to the white line. May be lifted & cleaned, without penalty, and placed within one club-length of where it originally lay, not closer to the hole. The rough is no longer included. |

EARTH CRACKS |
If a ball comes to rest in an earth crack, such that any part of the ball lies below ground level, it may be lifted without penalty, cleaned, and dropped as near as possible to the spot where it lay, but not nearer the hole. |

BALL HITTING OVERHEAD WIRES |
Ball hitting overhead wires on holes 5, 8 or 9 must be replayed- no penalty. |

BALL OR STANCE INTERFERED WITH BY FAIRWAY IRRIGATION LINES. |

YARDAGE POSTS |
All yardage posts are moveable obstructions. |
|
IMBEDDED BALL RULE |
Is in effect through the green at all times. Does not include traps or hazards. |

14 CLUB RULE |
Is always in effect. Two stroke penalty if found with more than 14. |
|
BALL IN FOOTPRINT IN SAND TRAP |
May be lifted and placed within 6 inches of original position, no nearer the hole after verification from a playing partner. |

STONES IN SAND TRAPS |
If a stone or rock interferes with your shot, you may remove it and proceed with the shot without penalty. |
|
BARE GROUND |
There is no relief from bare ground unless your ball lies in the fairway. Must be verified by a playing partner. |
|
BALL IN FAIRWAY DIVOT |
Must be confirmed by playing partners. You may lift the ball and drop it, no nearer the hole, and as close to the original spot as possible. |
|
TREE STUMPS |
Free drop as long as it interferes with your stance or swing, not ball flight |
|
BALL IN TREE MULCH |
Must be played as it lies or take penalty stroke for relief |
|
SLOW PLAY |
a staff member will warn the foursome first, if the problem is not rectified a two stroke penalty will be given to the foursome unless we have determined that a single person in that group has caused the problem. If this is the case, this individual will be penalized the two strokes and be levied a fine of $10 for the first infraction. For each successive infraction the fine goes up by $5. |

DISTANCE MEASURING DEVICES |
The use of electronic measuring devices (EMD's) is permitted. EMD's include GPS-based systems, hand-held devices, etc. |
