2012 GOLF LEAGUE AGREEMENT

MUSKEGO LAKES COUNTRY CLUB is pleased you have chosen us to serve your group. We look forward to a long & mutually enjoyable association. We hope as the year goes on, that you will notice the little extra in organization, service and course condition that make us one of the most sought after courses for golf leagues. Please read the following carefully, fill in the blanks, sign where indicated, enclose your $150.00 deposit, and return one copy to us for our files.

Payments must be in the form of check or cash. Charge card usage will incur a 3% added fee

GREENS FEE, WSGA LEAGUE MANAGER SYSTEM & RANGE BALLS: $18.75pp per week or $17.75 w/out range & handicap. (includes tax & same price as 09) , minimum 14 weeks unless prior arrangements determined.

CART FEES: $14.00 including tax FOR 2 RIDERS (Regular rate is $17.00 plus tax) Due to abuse we must require payment for the whole cart by a single person instead of splitting it up.

INFORMATION
1. Your schedule will include alternating 9's each week unless something unexpected comes about.

2. We will not insert public play between your 4 somes. However, we often have large golf outings that may be playing slowly, causing your start to be delayed. We will do our best to avoid this problem but cannot guarantee total success.

3. Rain checks or credit slips will not be issued for missing players. It is up to the league to provide substitutes for missing players.

4. Should we have a large shotgun start golf outing on your play day, it may be necessary to also schedule league play as a shotgun start at 5:00 to 5:15. We will notify you well in advance should this occur.

A MUST: Please have the league President check into the pro shop each week to see if there were any schedule changes or other new information.

STARTING TIMES are 8 minute intervals. All leagues are guaranteed sufficient times to accommodate the number of players guaranteed above. We will adhere to your times as closely as possible but cannot guarantee them due to other play of the course and weather. If weather is threatening or we have had heavy rains on previous days, we ask that the league secretary contact us at 425-6500.

PAYMENT $150.00 is required as a deposit to reserve your league for the coming season. This deposit will be subtracted from the total owed. First 1/2 of the season payment is due by April 15.  The second 1/2 of the season is due by June 15.  Payments with charge cards are subject to a 3% processing fee.

REGISTRATION AND SCORES We require that the league supply us with the list of their players (including alternates) with E-mail and home address, city and zip code prior to the first week of play. This will enable us to send mailings to them, informing them of upcoming specials. Late arrivals for a league can either wait until the last league players of the day have teed off or go out onto the course and join their intended group, making up un-played holes later.

FOOD & BEVERAGE NO CARRY ON FOOD OR BEVERAGES ARE ALLOWED UNDER STATE LAW. No carry on food or beverages is allowed under state law.

GOLF ETIQUETTE & DRESS Golf etiquette is nothing more than consideration for others. We ask that all golfers play without delay and treat the course at least as well as they would their own lawn. MLCC reserves the right to require inconsiderate players to correct their behavior or leave the course so other players can have a more enjoyable time. PLEASE WEAR PROPER GOLF ATTIRE- NO CUT OFF SHORTS OR SHIRTS WITHOUT SLEEVES MAY BE WORN and drive carts on the paths around all tees and greens.

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS
1. MLCC will host a meeting, golf lesson, golf with cart and sampling of all foods served in the bar on THURSDAY, April 26, 2012 at 4:30 for one representative of each league. We will go over the schedule, play golf and serve food & drink at no cost to you.  Please be sure to attend.

2. Our League Appreciation Night is scheduled for Thursday, September 6. The event will be a two person scramble taking the best 7 hole scores of the nine. There is no limit to the number of teams each league can bring. $30 includes: 9 holes w/cart, range balls, beer before golf, lots of prizes and a buffet dinner. Registration forms will be distributed some time in July.
